1. "Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted."

I learned that I need to explore more in life. Yesterday I visited D.C. to understand American history as well as cutting edge technology. I didn't get what I wanted to see but I gained experience.

2. "Brick walls are there for a reason: they let us prove how badly we want things."

"Brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out, the brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. The brick walls are there to stop people who don't want it badly enough. They're there to stop the other people."
